Take food and beverage orders, upsell menu items, and input orders into POS system.
Deliver orders accurately to tables or guest rooms.
Maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, allergens, wine pairings, and specials.
Ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and cleared between courses and after service.
Assist in restaurant setup, side work, and closing duties.
Support bussing, food running, and in-room dining as needed.
Adhere to state liquor laws and hotel service standards.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, trays, and equipment.

Pay Range
Hourly compensation of $17.00 - $18.00 Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and specific/overall experience.
Requirements
Minimum 21 years of age (to serve alcohol).
2 years' experience in fine dining or upscale service environment.
Strong communication and guest service skills.
Ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Proficient in basic math and POS systems.
Team-oriented, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Expected Hours of Work
Flexibility to work variable days, including weekends and holidays, is required.
Flexibility to work variable shifts (days, nights, overnights) is essential.
