Design, implement, and maintain AI evaluation frameworks to ensure robust model performance and reliability
Conduct adversarial and prompt injection testing to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen AI system defenses
Perform regression validation and responsible AI testing to ensure compliance with governance and ethical standards
Develop and execute operational assurance and AI teaming activities to proactively assess system resilience
Build and manage automated evaluation pipelines and continuous validation workflows for scalable AI assurance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI, DevSecOps, data engineering, platform engineering, and cybersecurity into mission-focused operational workflows
Support the integration and monitoring of agentic AI systems within a modern Hub-and-Spoke architecture
Contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise AI governance, observability, and scalable software delivery practices
Document testing results, provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements to enhance AI adoption and operational effectiveness
Here's what you need:
Experience with red teaming, Adversarial testing, Prompt injection testing, Regression validation.
Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and Responsible AI testing.
Experience with enterprise AI governance, agentic AI systems, and observability tools.
Experience ensuring AI solutions meet rigorous standards for reliability, security, ethical compliance and Operational assurance.

An active TS/SCI federal security clearance is required
The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$100,200 - $203,400 USD
