The impact you'll make in this role As a Production Operator, you'll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment. This role works either 2nd Shift (3:30pm - 11:30pm ), 3rd Shift (11:30pm - 7:30am) , or a 12-hour night rotating shift (7:30pm - 7:30am) with every other weekend off and includes starting pay of $22.04 - $25.09 /hour plus shift differentials (varies by department and experience) with a pay increase after 12 months to $23.44 - $26.48/ hour. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Observing all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work area Applying quality instructions & specifications Monitoring the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met Loading/unloading material into & from equipment Working as a team member through sharing information, problem solving & assisting others Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts. Solventum/Careers The starting rate of pay for this position is $22.04 - $25.09/hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
