Ensure client voting policies are accurately implemented and effectively executed
Update, maintain, and enhance voting policies for institutional clients
Assist other team members in policy application and development
Analyze issuer filings, proxy statements, and other disclosures to assess corporate governance practices
Leverage analytical tools and models to identify patterns in proxy voting activity and governance trends, delivering both quantitative and qualitative insights
Support internal teams and external clients by understanding and responding to voting, reporting, and governance insight needs
Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
5+ years of experience in governance research, proxy voting, or a related field
European languages preferred
Familiarity with issuer corporate governance research, ideally globally
Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience working with databases and structured data

This role is focused on proxy voting across the full lifecycle, including policy implementation, research, execution, data management, and reporting.
