Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in business development, account management, or partnership roles, preferably in gaming, payments, or internet industries
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with both internal teams and external partners
Commercially driven, with a solid understanding of revenue models and partnership dynamics
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
Fluent in Mandarin and English

Job Responsibilities/ 工作职责 :
Based in Shanghai, the Business Development Specialist will serve as a key commercial interface for game publishers in China. The role is responsible for identifying and developing new partnerships with game publishers, managing and growing existing merchant relationships, and driving revenue performance across the portfolio.
This position requires strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and execution capability to support both partnership expansion and ongoing business growth within the China market. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary commercial interface for game publishers and partners in China, managing day-to-day relationship and communication
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new game publisher partnerships to expand the merchant portfolio
Manage and grow existing merchant accounts, including performance tracking, revenue optimization, and relationship strengthening
Drive revenue growth by developing and executing commercial strategies, campaigns, and partnership initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and marketing teams to support merchant integration, campaign execution, and issue resolution
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new business opportunities within the gaming and digital payments ecosystem
Support contract negotiation and commercial discussions, ensuring alignment with internal policies and business objectives
Monitor merchant performance and provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders
