About the role

The Product Owner is responsible for delivering the capabilities and features of the products collaborating with Engineering, UX, Support, and other cross functional teams in alignment with the Product Roadmap. measure customer adoption and retention based on the GTM plan and tactics to achieve product KPIs

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

Masters Degree in Engineering AND 8+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or enterprise software development

Technical knowledge of mainframe software, transformation trends, and insights is required

Expertise in managing complex cross-functional, cross-business, cross-disciplinary projects

Working with business stakeholders in partnership to achieve goals and objectives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive level presentations

Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills

Experience working with product and engineering teams in a collaborative software development environment and defining product backlogs and prioritization

Management of customer requests, issues and/or escalations

Leadership, organization, and time management skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $104,100 - $166,500

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
