About the role

Requirements

  • Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a vibrant, high end, upscale venue.
  • Knowledge of cocktails, cocktail making and beverage production, spirits, wine and beer and know what is on-trend.
  • Creative flair.
  • Experience in exceeding guest expectations and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task.
  • Time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude.
  • Able and willing to work a rotating 7-day roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Must have RSA certificate.

Experience working in a upscale bar and extensive knowledge of cocktail making is a distinct advantage. This is a permanent part time position requiring availability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
