We're the strategic engine behind global production-turning data, insights, and collaboration into decisions that drive availability, efficiency, and innovation. In this role, you'll be at the center of long‑range planning, scenario modeling, and capacity strategy that directly supports Dexcom's expanding global footprint. If you love solving complex problems, influencing strategy, and making a measurable global impact, you'll fit right in with our high‑energy, forward‑thinking team. Where you come in: You develop and evaluate multiple supply scenarios that balance strategic objectives, cost targets, capacity requirements, risk mitigation, and service trade-offs to influence long-term decisions. You create long-range capacity plans for global manufacturing sites and contract manufacturers, aligned to product launches and lifecycle evolution. You partner with global planning, operations, sourcing, engineering, and finance teams to build robust supply strategies and business cases. You perform advanced data analysis and scenario modeling using Excel and planning systems (Anaplan, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Oracle, or other BI tools). You present recommendations and business cases to leadership to support network optimization and capital investment decisions. You conduct system testing and support digital transformation initiatives for new planning tools and processes. You support continuous improvement efforts that enhance planning accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. What makes you successful: You are willing to work during US working hours (Pacific Standard Time). You demonstrate deep knowledge of supply planning principles and fundamentals across inventory, capacity, and network planning. You bring a strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data, evaluate trade-offs, and develop clear, actionable recommendations. Your technical proficiency includes advanced Excel modeling and comfort working with planning tools such as Anaplan, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, or Oracle. You communicate clearly and confidently, presenting analysis and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership in both verbal and visual formats. You are adaptable, thrive in a dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively-both independently and in collaboration with teams. You have experience with advanced planning concepts (Preferred), including IBP/S&OP processes and scenario modeling techniques such as sensitivity analysis or Monte Carlo simulation.
