We're looking for a data-driven Paid Acquisition Manager to scale growth for Maxon's industry-leading 3D products. You'll own performance across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Video/Display , driving measurable impact on revenue, ROAS, and LTV:CAC .
Responsibilities
Own and optimise multi-channel paid campaigns (Search, Social, Display/Video)
Develop strategies to scale revenue while maintaining strong ROAS and CAC efficiency
Manage and allocate budgets based on performance and growth opportunities
Analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements
Run structured experiments (creative, audiences, bidding, landing pages)
Partner with Creative, Product, and Data teams to improve conversion performance
Requirements
3 + years in Paid Acquisition / Performance Marketing
Proven track record delivering revenue and ROAS targets
Hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta, and/or video/display platforms
Strong analytical skills with a test-and-learn mindset
Ability to turn data into clear insights and actions
Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven
Experience with software or subscriptions a plus
Fluency in English (German a strong plus)
Salary Range *: 62-74 k EUR annually
