About the role
A sales support role working closely with the Hong Kong Intermediary Sales team to service retail and private bank distributors, coordinate client-facing activities, and manage day-to-day sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily enquiries and ad-hoc requests from intermediary clients and distributors
- Maintain client records, meeting notes, and activity tracking via Salesforce
- Manage full logistics for PM roadshows, client seminars, adviser events and daily branch visits
- Prepare and update a variety of sales and marketing collaterals including presentations, sales flyers, one pagers, and fund emailers
- Coordinate DDQs, RFPs, ongoing due diligence reviews
- Produce weekly and ad-hoc fund reports using Bloomberg/Morningstar; manage content via Seismic
- Process T&E reports, invoices, and travel arrangements
- Act as key coordinator on behalf of the sales team with colleagues in various other functions/departments to fulfill the work tasks
Requirements
- Prior experience in asset management, intermediary sales, or client servicing
- Strong knowledge of investment products across asset classes
- Proficient in Salesforce; Bloomberg, Morningstar, and Seismic a plus
