Job Description: Responsibilities - Help the HR Operations Manager drive end-to-end people operations solutions, including but not limited to HR processes, policies and practices, that meet business needs and compliance obligations - Follow-through on new and existing total rewards projects and programs; communicate with employees to explain benefit programs and provide superior service by identifying issues, educating, and managing escalations - Develop relationships with employees and stakeholders, build systems for effective query management and solutioning - Collaborate on and work on total rewards programs which impact candidates, employees, and partners as part of our employer value proposition, including materials for our annual benefits enrollment - Build process excellence to elevate the firm from start-up phase to robust, best in class people operations capability Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required - Minimum of 1 year or related experience in a complex organization required; including demonstrated involvement with leading high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture; experience in capability center or start up environment preferred - Excellent time management, organizational skills - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to network and solve problems
