Job Description We're looking for a Land Securement Assistant and Administrator to join our Land Securement team in Daanbantayan, Cebu . In this role, you will support the land acquisition and securement activities that are essential to the development of renewable energy projects, helping bring clean energy projects to life. This position will initially be offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the opportunity to transition to a project-based contract based on individual performance and project awards. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in one of the most critical stages of project development while working alongside experienced professionals in a growing industry. This role will initially be part of a small team during the project's pre-development phase. As a result, the successful candidate will have exposure to a broad range of land securement and administrative activities. As the project progresses and additional resources are mobilized, the Land Securement team is expected to grow, allowing responsibilities to be shared across a larger team of Admin and Land Securement, thus providing increased support for project activities. Land Securement support: Complies with standards, guidelines, strategies, processes, and procedures on the acquisition of lands, land rights, perpetual easements and relocation needed for site acquisition. Assists in the identification, assessment, and submission of reports on the affected properties, landowners/claimants/tenants and improvements, including crops/plants/trees and houses/structures. Assists in completion of required documentation. Prepares requests for payment of Rental, RCI, Housing Structure and other claims and in the preparation and execution of relevant agreements. Coordinates with Local Government Units (LGUs) and government agencies, such as Bureau of Internal Revenue, Registry of Deeds, Land Registration Authority, Department of Environment and Natural Resources ("DENR"), and Department of Agrarian Reform ("DAR"), on the payment of relevant taxes and fees, registration of documents, titling, and other related activities. Assists in the conduct of information campaigns and presentations to LGUs, government agencies, and non-government organizations. Assists in the conduct of site inspections to confirm that compensated houses and structures are property dismantled and that relocation is done outside the acquired area. Assists in the applications for endorsements and permits from LGUs and concerned government agencies. Maintains good relationships with key stakeholders of the site/TL alignment, including (but not limited to) landowners, relatives of owners, tenants, relevant LGU officials, other government agencies, etc. Initiates document transmittals. Ensures all documents are properly filed, uploaded and recorded onto the document management system. Maintains and regularly updates the tracker. Prepares reimbursement, revolving funds, travel and other requests. Uploading and monitoring approval process on Approval Max. Monitors Team's cash flow. Performs other duties that may be assigned. Administrative functions: Ensures full implementation of monitoring and performance of the Administrative Department at the site Act as the point of contact for site-based employees, providing administrative support, managing their queries, and attending to their needs and concerns.
