Oversee the progress and quality of all architectural works. Support the Project Manager in scheduling and planning for the calling of quotations from subcontractors and material suppliers. Ensure drawings and information issued for quotations accurately reflect site requirements and any client or consultant amendments; prepare supplementary sketches or drawings when needed. Review architectural drawings alongside structural and M&E drawings to identify and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with consultants to address design conflicts and update the Project Manager and Contracts team on variations from specifications or drawings. Ensure all trades work in the correct sequence and maintain accurate dimensions, alignment, levels, and setting-out. Assist the Site Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager in identifying required finishing materials (e.g., tiles) for quotation and procurement. Ensure materials are delivered on time and collaborate with the Project Manager on storage planning. Coordinate, monitor, and support subcontractors by conducting regular progress meetings. Assign tasks to architectural supervisors and track their progress, ensuring timely and quality outcomes. Attend consultant site meetings, technical discussions, and subcontractor meetings.
