Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across countries and at regional (EMEA) level
Support business growth through new initiatives, value creation and continuous improvement programmes
Track and drive value-based projects, ensuring delivery against objectives and timelines
Maintain structured project documentation and reporting standards
Collaborate closely with CAMs, acting as a key support partner to enhance strategic focus
Engage with senior stakeholders and multiple functions across the organisation
Contribute ideas for process optimisation and organisational improvement
Act as a strong team player within the broader commercial group
Work on high-impact projects involving key customers and strategic accounts
Exposure to senior leadership and European-level stakeholders

Requirements
Early-career professional with strong development potential
Solid project management skills and structured way of working

Ability to work across different countries and cultures
