Analyze business processes and workflows for all sales activities, including lead generation, intake and processing, sales negotiating, secured agreements, and sales reporting.
Document current and future state processes using standard documentation techniques.
Collaborate with sales staff, operations, accounting, and information technology teams.
Salesforce CRM- Administrative functions: user interface updates and problem resolution, training, defect and enhancement project management, maintaining tables, dashboards, user profiles, and reporting.
Ensure processes and procedures align with regulatory compliance for data security, accounting, and customer service.
Assist with continuous improvement and special project initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a technical diploma with limited experience or a combination of related certification and a minimum of five years directly related experience.
2-3 years of experience in a business process analyst, sales operations, or similar analytical role.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), Automatic Call Distribution systems, customer information systems.
Proven ability to gather and document business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with BI tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in Sales Operations
Familiarity with contract management, product financing, liens, order management
