Program management of our western Washington portfolio of projects including oversight of project management services, deliverables, and collaborations/resources

Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience working in a project management role in the construction A-E-C industry. This will include experience in business development and within the construction consultancy, advisory, architecture, or real estate industries.
A comprehensive knowledge of the construction consultancy/advisory business that adds value or strategically enhances deliverables and initiatives
An ability to identify critical messages and unique selling points, and clearly and effectively communicate them
Demonstrated experience leading alternative delivery projects (Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC) and providing strategic owner advisory services throughout project planning and execution. DBIA certification preferred.
Excellent project management, organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to implement/enforce procedures and to influence at all levels
Should be a self-starter and possess a strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines, with an ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Project Management to join our team. This Senior Director will be a member of the Western Region leadership team responsible for leading the western Washington civic market, driving growth and profitability of the business unit through leadership, new business development, client management and service delivery. This individual will lead and develop a team of Project Managers and the delivery of project management services on major projects and programs throughout western Washington and will support the broader team as needed throughout the state. This individual will be based in our Seattle office and will be responsible for ensuring service excellence in terms of service delivery, and continued growth of our project management service offering including client engagement and market outreach.
