JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Account Coordinator, Direct Response to join the team! As the Account Coordinator, Direct Response you assist the Account Executive across Fox News Media in developing presentations for clients whenever necessary, developing proposals, and working directly with the Ad Operations team.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop proposals as requested and make all necessary revisions throughout the ad campaign
Maintain paid programming allocations
If options are exercised, make all necessary adjustments to the plan
Send daily and weekly pre and post logs
Remain knowledgeable of the buying history of each client
Ensure schedules and plans are booked and ordered for each client
Ensure all program restrictions are adhered to when building plans
Be the lead on product allocations for specific clients
Check preemptions daily for all clients and ensure all inventory is accounted for and approved by clients
Implement all order revisions to accommodate client requests (ie: time splits, moves, day-locking, etc.) efficiently
Analyze discrepancies and make any necessary invoice adjustments
Work directly with ad operations to ensure we have proper instructions and tape so all units run correctly
