Associate Manager, Project Management (Life Sciences)

Requirements

• 6-8 years of project management experience in a consulting, SaaS, health-tech, or life sciences environment, with demonstrated ownership of client-facing engagements.
• Proven track record managing external client relationships as a primary point of contact, including running status meetings, managing deliverable timelines, and navigating competing stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in Jir a, Smartsheet , Monday, or other PM tools.
• Fluency in both Agile/Scrum and traditional Waterfall frameworks; solid working knowledge of SDLC and data/analytics pipelines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting complex project information to client partners and C-suite executives.
• Ability to manage 3 - 5 concurrent projects across distributed teams and competing deadlines.
• Comfortable with 25-30% client travel.

• Certifications: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) , Lean Six Sigma, ITIL , etc .
• Prior exposure to commercial operations in biotech, pharma, or health ‑ data analytics.
• Experience implementing governance around AI/ML products or data ‑ privacy frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Success Metrics (First 12 Months)
• Launch ≥ 3 high ‑ impact internal projects on time, within ± 5% budget variance.
• Reduce cycle ‑ time of a critical internal process by ≥ 1 0%.
• Achieve ≥ 90% stakeholder satisfaction on quarterly retrospectives.
