Role Overview As part of our global Lab Transformation effort, we are seeking a Lead Technical Analyst to support the development and implementation of the Biovia OneLab platform for our Quality Control labs. The Lead Technical Analyst is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements within regulated GxP environments. This role oversees cross-functional technical teams and ensures that all activities meet validation and compliance requirements, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11. Serving as the point of contact for the product owner, this role drives alignment among Business, IT, QA, and laboratory operations to ensure successful and compliant delivery outcomes. What will you do in this role: Lead end-to-end delivery for various projects on the Biovia platform, including planning, resourcing, risk management, and on-time execution across upgrades, deployments, and enhancements. Strong understanding of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements, ensuring all deliverables meet validation standards and are audit-ready. Ability to align Business, IT, QA, and laboratory teams, manage vendor relationships, and communicate complex technical initiatives clearly to drive successful outcomes. Contribute to the development of detailed project plans. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including system integration diagrams, solution architecture deliverables, and design/configuration documents. What Should you have: 7-11 years of Proven experience as a Technical Analyst in the regulated GxP pharma lab environment. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience with the Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS) or Laboratory Execution System (LES). Experience with system-system integrations and instrument integrations. Technical skills in coding, database querying (e.g., SQL), and system configurations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Experience supporting large-scale, global, complex projects, associated with digital transformation/optimization initiatives.
