We're on the lookout for an experienced Case Resolution Lead to oversee the effective resolution of complex employee relations matters while leading and supporting a team of Case Advisors. This role is responsible for providing practical, risk ‑ aware ER guidance across a broad range of workplace matters including performance, conduct, grievances and complaints. Working closely with operational leaders and People & Culture stakeholders, you'll help drive fair, timely and consistent case outcomes aligned with organisational values, policy and legislative requirements Your part in our UnitingCare team: Lead complex employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary matters and serious grievances. Provide guidance, coaching and quality assurance to Case Advisors managing day ‑ to ‑ day ER matters. Ensure matters are managed consistently, fairly and in line with procedural fairness principles, legislation and organisational policy. Support trauma ‑ informed case management practices across the team. Prioritise high ‑ risk matters, including cases involving psychosocial risk or employees on paid suspension Prepare documentation and support representation in conciliations and external forums including the Fair Work Commission. Partner closely with leaders, Workforce Partnering, Workforce Relations Counsel, unions and other stakeholders to support effective case outcomes. Monitor case progression, maintain accurate records and support compliance with case management frameworks and reporting requirements. Identify trends and provide insights to support continuous improvement of ER systems, processes and practices. Lead, coach and develop team members to foster a high ‑ performing and collaborative team culture. What makes a difference for us? Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies, which may include: Nationally Coordinated Police Check Right to Work in Australia Insolvency Check Working with Children Check / Blue Card (if required) Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law or a related discipline. Strong experience managing complex employee relations matters within a large or complex environment. Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, enterprise agreements and workplace policies. Demonstrated experience applying procedural fairness and natural justice principles. Experience preparing documentation for external proceedings and supporting conciliation processes. Proven ability to deliver practical, commercially balanced and risk ‑ aware advice. Strong stakeholder management and relationship ‑ building capability. Experience coaching and supporting others in ER case management and documentation practices. Excellent organisational and time ‑ management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience within health, community services or not ‑ for ‑ profit sectors will be highly regarded. What makes a difference for you?
