Manage the Public Works Internship Program.
Coordinate department-wide outreach and community engagement efforts.
Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for executive leadership.
Supervise professional and administrative staff and support their development.
Collaborate with division leaders to improve processes and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
Experience in local government, public works, strategic planning, workforce development, employee engagement, recruitment, training, and program management. Strong leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
