POSITION OVERVIEW
Audax Private Equity is seeking a detail-oriented analyst with a passion for data integrity and reporting to join the Business Development team. The Analyst will play an integral role in supporting and advancing Audax' Buy & Build strategy by owning the integrity and analysis of deal data across the firm's proprietary CRM platform, translating pipeline data into actionable insights, and partnering cross-functionally with investment, operations, and portfolio teams. This role will be a critical data and reporting resource for the broader operations team; maintaining and optimizing our proprietary CRM platform, executing daily and weekly reporting, and translating complex pipeline data into clear, actionable intelligence shared across investment, operations, and portfolio functions.
Building on a foundation of CRM management and data governance, the Analyst will take on greater ownership of analytical outputs, leading recurring and ad hoc reporting, identifying data trends, and contributing to process improvements that scale the Business Development function and beyond. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical instincts who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment and is eager to develop a robust knowledge base on CRM function, data integrity, and business intelligence.
