As a Senior T&E Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of T&E activities across EMEA. You will be a trusted point of contact for employees, managers, and stakeholders, helping to keep our T&E operations running smoothly and efficiently. Where you come in: You will manage the Concur T&E system, ensuring it operates in line with predefined workflows. You will review and audit employee expense reports to ensure compliance with the Global T&E Policy. You will issue monthly corporate card delinquency notifications to employees and their managers. You will perform lodge and corporate card reconciliation and support monthly closing activities. You will facilitate resolution of all T&E processing issues with Concur Help Desk. You will deliver T&E training to end users when required. You will handle employee T&E‑related queries and provide guidance when needed. You will drive continuous improvement of Concur system including the development and implementation of enhanced reporting using Concur Intelligence. You will maintain and update process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across workflows. What makes you successful: You have 2+ years of experience in a T&E role. You have hands‑on experience with Concur (required); Oracle Fusion or another ERP is an advantage. You bring strong attention to detail and quickly learn new systems and processes. You have advanced Excel skills; experience with Cognos is a plus. You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. You take a proactive, problem‑solving approach and enjoy improving existing processes. You communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.
