Job Description The Process Engineering, Automation & AI Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end process transformation across ISG-re-engineering workflows, embedding automation, and leveraging AI to enable faster, more efficient, and higher-quality delivery. This role ensures that ISG processes are not only optimized but are also scalable, intelligent, and future-ready. It focuses on reducing friction, improving productivity, and embedding quality and assurance across the lifecycle. Acting as a key integrator across strategy, delivery, architecture, and operations, the role identifies high-impact opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI enablement-while continuously refining the IT operating model to ensure clarity in roles, decision-making, and accountability. Process Engineering & Optimization Redesign and streamline end-to-end IT processes to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce cycle time, and improve overall flow across delivery and operations. Automation & Productivity Enablement Identify, prioritize, and implement automation opportunities across ISG (e.g., workflows, testing, monitoring, reporting) to reduce manual effort and improve productivity. AI Enablement & Strategic Embedding Define and drive the application of AI across ISG-from design to operations-enabling predictive insights, intelligent automation, and enhanced decision-making. Quality Assurance & Testing Transformation Establish and strengthen QA frameworks, including shift-left testing, test automation, and quality-by-design principles to improve release stability and reduce defects. Operating Model Optimization & Governance Continuously refine ISG's operating model by defining clear roles, decision rights, and accountability structures to enable efficient and effective execution. Cross-Functional Orchestration Work across delivery, architecture, data, and operations teams to align process improvements, automation initiatives, and QA practices with business objectives. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement Define and monitor KPIs on process efficiency, automation impact, and quality outcomes-driving a culture of continuous improvement across ISG.
