We are launching a new Global Shared Service Centre in Sofia-the strategic heart of our international finance operations. We are looking for forward-thinking finance professionals to help us build this global team from the ground up. Ready to take your General Ledger (GL) experience to the next level? If you have a strong grasp of GL accounting, this is your chance to specialize in global Fixed Assets, Project accounting, and Leases (IFRS 16) within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fixed Assets & GL Management: Execute period-end processes in Oracle Fusion, post GL adjustments, and lead balance sheet reconciliations and reporting.
• Project Accounting: Manage the lifecycle of international projects from setup to closure, ensuring accurate capitalisation, sub-ledger closures, and transfer pricing compliance.
• Lease Accounting (IFRS 16): Own end-to-end lease accounting entries, manage control accounts, and perform variance analysis against budgets.
• Audit & Compliance: Support half-year and year-end audit processes, delivering precise data disclosures and management commentary.
• Continuous Improvement: Partner with Global Process Owners to streamline workflows, enhance financial controls, and eliminate process inefficiencies.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Core Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, period-end close processes, and data analysis.
• Systems & Data: Experience with large ERP systems (Oracle Fusion is a plus) and a knack for handling large datasets.
• Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to understand end-to-end financial data flows to drive change.
• Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global team environment and build trusted relationships across functions (Tax, FP&A, Treasury).
