About the role

About You: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering (or equivalent relevant education/experience). Relevant hands-on experience in electronics testing/validation (the older spec references 2+ years preferred; HR can adjust seniority to match your target). Capability in analogue and digital electronics, with the ability to build circuits and debug at component level. Practical experience with test and measurement equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, and related lab instrumentation). Comfort working with test fixtures and small assemblies; good soldering skills (training can be provided as needed). Fluent written and spoken English, with strong report writing and record keeping. Team-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced engineering environment. Preferred Skills: Test scripting / programming experience (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, or similar) to improve repeatability and efficiency of testing. Experience with EMC testing environments and instrumentation (hands-on or exposure). Experience writing or refining test procedures and structured validation documentation.
