Review loan documentation for funding compliance with internal funding policies Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting defined service standards and turnaround times Follow up with assigned dealerships to resolve pending/missing items for funding via phone, fax and email, communicate and resolve complex contract issues Process any documents received such as contracts and trailing documents Provide lost/missing contract research as needed Update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Execute detailed document review ensuring all assigned documents are accurate, complete, properly executed, and registered as required Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all stakeholders Emails internally and externally in a timely manner Professional and pleasant messaging to our dealerships through our platform in real time and immediately
