Provide a sense of security and comfort to the patient/family during the procedure. -Prepare patients who have completed procedures, including: Administrative needs, such as: instructions for home care, sick certificates, referral letters if necessary, and prescriptions for home use. Provide health education to patients/families as needed. -Implement and maintain a system for recording and reporting nursing care, so as to create an accurate information and communication system. -Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets. -Minimum Bachelor of Nursing and Ners Professional Program (S.Kep., Ns.) -Must hold an active lifetime Registration Certificate (STR) -Have minimum 3 year work experience as a Level I Clinical Nurse. -Completed Basic Trauma & Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) training -Preferred: Experienced and certified nurses in ICU.
