Geotechnical Engineer

Requirements

• Experience supporting construction-phase services, field investigations, or construction observation
• Familiarity with trenchless construction methods such as microtunneling, HDD, or auger boring
• Experience working in a consulting engineering environment
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in mentoring junior staff and contributing to team development

Join our team as a Geotechnical Engineer in Minneapolis, MN, where you'll play a key role in solving complex underground challenges alongside a team that values both technical expertise and real collaboration. In this role, you'll be trusted to dig into problems, apply your engineering judgment, and help bring practical solutions to life on projects that shape the infrastructure around us. You'll work on a wide range of underground and geotechnical projects, from tunnels and shafts to trenchless systems and open-cut excavations, supporting them from early investigation through design and into construction. Along the way, you'll partner closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, surveyors, and designers, building relationships across disciplines and contributing to a team environment where people genuinely enjoy working together.
