About the role

You will serve as a INSULATOR SUPERVISOR I in the PIPE SHOP, PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. To qualify for the WS -10 This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO LEAD OR SUPERVISE: Leading a group of subordinates to accomplish daily work related functions of the trade. Determining resource requirements for scheduled insulating projects to plan work assignments. Resolving work related issues by taking corrective action to overcome production delays. Executing the principles and objectives of the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program as needed to provide full support to staff.
