Key Responsibilities End-to-End Game Production: Take absolute ownership of the game development lifecycle-guiding slot titles from raw wireframes and math prototypes to final compliance, deployment, and live-ops tracking. Math & Mechanic Architecture: Collaborate deeply with mathematicians to design, stress-test, and refine volatility profiles, RTP (Return to Player) configurations, and hitting frequencies that drive extreme player retention. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Direct, inspire, and align a decentralized squad of shared specialists-including slot developers, digital illustrators, kinetic animators, and backend engineers-to maintain a flawless delivery pipeline. Ecosystem Sourcing & Roadmap Management: Maintain an aggressive, highly optimized product delivery schedule, identifying emerging iGaming trends and structural player shifts before they hit the mainstream market.
