JOB DESCRIPTION Project Coordination & Meetings - Attends coordination meetings, interface meetings (Hull/Topsides/Yard/Vendor), and project services and controls meetings - Captures accurate and structured meeting minutes including key discussions, decisions, action items with owners and due dates, and risks, issues, or constraints - Tracks and follows up on all action items to ensure timely closure Reporting & Deliverables - Prepares and maintains project reports using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (presentations, dashboards, formal reports, tracking logs, summaries, basic analysis) - Ensures all reports are accurate, concise, aligned with project requirements, and issued within agreed reporting deadlines Project Services & Controls Support - Supports progress tracking, consolidation, and coordination of inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning - Assists in maintaining trackers for actions, risks, issues, and deliverables - Ensures consistency and traceability of project information across all reports Continuous Improvement - Identifies and proposes improvements to reporting efficiency, meeting effectiveness, information flow, and coordination processes Document Control - Performs document control activities including document registration, numbering, classification, version control, status updates, and distribution to internal and external parties - Maintains document registers, transmittal logs, and master document lists - Ensures compliance with FPSO project document control procedures and naming conventions - Supports document audits, document reviews, and document handover activities Seniority Expectation - Works under guidance from senior project services or project controls personnel - Focuses on accuracy, discipline, and learning FPSO project workflows JOB REQUIREMENTS Holds a Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline Entry‑level to early‑career experience in projects, construction, or document control Exposure to FPSO or offshore projects is an advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Good organizational and time‑management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced FPSO construction environment High attention to detail with strong follow‑through Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and improve processes Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary FPSO project teams Accurate and timely meeting minutes and action tracking Clear, concise, and reliable project reporting Strong coordination across FPSO project interfaces Continuous contribution to improving project services efficiency Work Location: Seatrium (SG) Pte.
