Program Analyst

About the role

The incumbent must analyze, evaluate, and advise on the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, departmental organization, manpower utilization, information and documentation systems, and/or similar functions of management that have an impact on Primary Care. The incumbent achieves this through the utilization of various systems, including the PCMM application and other primary care systems, labor mapping updates in DSS, and other internal and external systems. You may qualify based on your experience and/or education as described below: Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-7 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.
