Senior Applied AI Engineer

At Abby Care, we are building AI-powered technology designed to transform care delivery and seamlessly scale complex healthcare operations. We are focused on creating measurable impact for caregivers, families, and internal teams through robust, intelligent systems. We're looking for a Senior Applied AI Engineer to build production-grade AI systems that automate and augment critical workflows across the organization. This is a hands-on, zero-to-one engineering role focused on translating ambiguous operational problems into reliable, secure, and highly scalable AI solutions. You will report to the Head of Engineering and work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and Operations. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our customer-facing AI products. To ensure these solutions are practical and impactful, you will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Operations, effectively bridging the gap between complex technical tradeoffs and real-world care delivery.
