( *in collaboration with AbbVie ) Manages and optimizes our field reimbursement systems, ensuring accurate data management, vendor coordination, and providing comprehensive support to our field teams. _ Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to): Manage specialty pharmacy source data and business rules for field reporting, ensuring accurate data handling and usage Oversee timely and accurate delivery of Field Reimbursement data into respective tools, and lead projects related to field-facing reimbursement systems Review and ensure relevancy of data and reports within field-facing reimbursement systems, providing ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders and field users Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget, and address and resolve data inquiries related to field reimbursement systems Develop and deliver training programs for field reimbursement systems, and oversee the use and integration of industry tools to optimize field team use. Utilize business intelligence platforms to analyze and report on data, and develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes Provide data education support to team members and key stakeholders, to ensure accurate data handling and usage Partner with Data Management team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Field Reimbursement data into respective tools Manage relationships with vendors and lead projects related to field-facing reimbursement systems Other duties as assigned
