To excel in this role, the candidate is expected to; Drive end-to-end digital marketing strategy by leveraging AI tools across all functions-including content creation, video editing, ad optimization, analytics, and campaign automation-to maximize performance and efficiency Understand the full ecosystem of Meta advertising, including strategy, analytics, optimisation, retargeting, creative direction, and scaling of profitable campaigns - not merely boosting or running ads Produce & edit captivating videos for TikTok and Instagram that reflect our brand's voice and align with our overall strategy Develop and implement content ideas including scripting, filming and editing Stay current with the latest social media trends, challenges, and updates across platforms Collaborate with our Marketing Team to ensure content alignment of brand identity and brand voice Track and analyze the performance of social media content, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth Contribute to brainstorming and conceptualizing new social media campaigns calendar Lead, manage and mentor all our Digital Marketing Interns The successful candidate will possess: Minimum Diploma/Degree holder preferably in Marketing / Mass Communications / Business Administration / Consumer Psychology 2+ years of experience in sales & marketing, communications or consumer research Familiarity in the FMCG industry (both B2B & B2C) Ability to oversee online advertising campaigns, analysing data to optimize performance (Meta Business, TikTok, Google analytics) Ability to handle pressurising situations & perform in a fast paced environment Qualities such as swift-thinking, effective communication, multi-tasker, proactiveness & high business acumen including performing LIVE Streaming Possesses strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently to diverse audiences Collaborative team player Senior role/title will be considered if proven track record experience exceeds a Junior level
