Requirements

Job Description Position Summary Full Consideration Date 6/18/2026 Work Unit Description Dandelions Rising is a youth leadership and liberation program that guides 7-18-year-old Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and children of color to understand who they are and how they exist as gendered, racialized beings in their respective communities. Essential Job Duties Provide attentive, culturally affirming child care that supports youth safety and well-being. Assist with curriculum and engage youth in meaningful discussions and activities. Help maintain smooth daily flow, prepare materials, and collaborate with staff. Conditions of Employment Pre-employment Criminal Background Check (required for new hires) Supervision None
