  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to correspond professionally with internal teams, regulatory agencies, and external partners.
  • Proven leadership ability with a track record of managing teams-including vendor or outsourced organizations-and making accurate, high-stakes decisions under pressure.
  • A keen team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments (OCC, Sales, Maintenance, Finance) and across international time zones.
  • Additional Mandates:
  • Ability to maintain flexible working hours to provide oversight across US operations and coordinate with the Romania-based OCC team (EEST/EET time zone).

This is a critical leadership position responsible for the safe, coordinated, and efficient execution of Aero's daily flight operations across our Part 135 network. You will be working closely with our Operations Control Center (OCC) team based in Romania, ensuring full compliance with applicable government regulations and company policies while driving superior guest satisfaction. We are looking for a decisive, calm-under-pressure professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the tactical expertise to manage complex operations-from routine scheduling to irregular operations recovery. The ideal candidate combines deep operational knowledge with strong vendor management and interpersonal skills, serving as the US-based authority coordinating between the Romania OCC team, flight crews, dispatch, maintenance, FBO partners, charter sales, and executive leadership.
