We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to join our People Service Delivery West Europe team, covering Netherlands, Belgium, UK and Ireland. In this role, you will support HR Administration & Talent Acquisition, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience and helping us attract top talent. You will also occasionally contribute to People Service, supporting day-to-day processes across the employee lifecycle. This position is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on experience in an international People environment. Responsibilities / Tasks Support the full Talent Acquisition process, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and documentation Assist with sourcing activities and market research to identify potential candidates Maintain and update data in our HR tools Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues across the region Contribute to People Service Delivery tasks such as employee data management onboarding and creation of documents within the employee when needed Support ad-hoc HR projects within the People Service Delivery West team Your Profile / Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and People Service Excellent communication skills and a proactive, structured working style Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in English (must), Dutch language skills are a significant plus
