Minimum 6 -12 months experience in a similar Senior Associate level position with specific experience advising project owners or contractors on the development of major construction and infrastructure projects
High quality private practice experience and experience working in-house (public or private) within the construction / projects industry
Strong academic ability and drafting skills
The ability to provide timely, accurate and commercially astute advice
A strong sense of purpose, ambition and a proactive approach to your work
A desire to work within a dynamic, supportive and fast-paced team environment on complex construction and infrastructure projects
In addition to this, we're looking for a resilient, self-starter. Someone who is able to work autonomously and is focused on attention to detail and providing an outstanding service to their clients.

An exciting opportunity to join our market leading Brisbane Construction team.
This role will see you working closely with front-end specialists Sergio Capelli and Gareth Oxley contributing on a diverse range of matters - including some of the largest and most complex construction and infrastructure projects in Australia. The team acts for a wide range of public and private clients across the transport, energy (generation, transmission and storage),oil and gas, water, social infrastructure and commercial development sectors.
This role will cover a variety of front-end construction law activities, including assisting clients with the procurement process, preparing, reviewing, negotiating and advising on the full spectrum of construction contracts, and advising on legal and regulatory issues relating to construction projects.
