Responsibilities

  • Site Coordination: Managing and coordinating the logistics involved in opening, relocating, or closing a facility, including security systems, access control, furniture, signage, showroom/marketing requirements, telecommunications, and more.

  • Team Collaboration and Support: Contributing to team success by assisting colleagues in resolving internal issues and supporting shared goals.
  • Quality and Standards Management: Ensuring adherence to organizational SOPs by regularly reviewing and understanding operational guidelines. Supporting the establishment and enforcement of departmental standards to maintain consistent quality service.
  • Technical and Industry Development: Enhancing expertise through active participation in company-sponsored training programs and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and informed decision-making.
