Compensation Range:
The annual total compensation range for this position is 62,300-77,900-93,500EUR which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms.

What Will You Do:
Work closely with the Personal Care team to drive new customer acquisition by delivering value-added sales and service activities for customers:
Provide onsite cleaning trials support, technical consultancy, customer trainings, coordinate onsite engineering projects and tailored cleaning recommendations.
Leverage technical and consultative sales expertise to build credibility with current and prospective customers, while developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to win new business
Represent the company at industry seminars and trade shows to expand professional networks, generate leads, and stay informed on Personal Care market developments
