Responsibilities
- Leadership: Drive cross-functional alignment and champion adoption of the International managed model through clear communication, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Program Management : Oversee day-to-day program operations for the international managed model, tracking progress across data onboarding, curation, fulfillment, reporting and insights.
- Customer Partnership : Partner closely with clubs to drive adoption of the international managed model by capturing requirements and translating them into prioritized program initiatives.
- Data Product Architecture : Translate business needs into scalable data and platform requirements to support segmentation, data access, and performance measurement.
- Operational Excellence : Ensure efficient and consistent execution by establishing standardized processes and continuously optimizing workflows.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years in data strategy, product ownership, or technical leadership roles.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale data initiatives, including cloud data platforms, data lakes, and governance frameworks.
- Experience with privacy and compliance standards, including GDPR/CCPA and consent data management, is preferred.
- Knowledge of sports or fan-focused businesses, including an understanding of fan engagement and lifecycle marketing, is an advantage.
- Proven experience working with AWS Redshift, Adobe Marketing Suite (AEP, AEM, AJO), BI Tools like Power BI, Tableau in a production environment is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams and influencing decisions in a matrixed organization without direct reporting authority.
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage senior leaders, work effectively with technical partners, and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
