Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline
  • 3-5 years' experience in integration delivery or application support
  • Exposure to Workato or similar integration platforms
  • Experience supporting SAP or enterprise systems (advantageous)
  • Understanding of integration concepts and system connectivity
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones when required
  • Strong understanding of APIs, event-based integrations and batch processing
  • Hands-on experience with Workato or similar tools
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and data exchange formats
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • High attention to detail in testing, validation and documentation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
