Lead architecture and design for Enterprise Integration Platforms like Supergraph platform, Enterprise Events, Servicemesh.
Lead with data to guide engineering leaders in adopting modern practices across the bank.
Define best practices for GraphQL Federation, Java Spring Boot microservices, and event-driven systems.
Collaborate with teams across Australia, Vietnam, and India, with opportunities for cross-border engagement. Depending on project needs, you may also experience short-term travel and gain exposure to international work environments.
Mentor teams in cloud-native development (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps practices, and secure coding.
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies including but not limited to AI/ML where relevant.
Set performance, scalability, and security standards for the platform.
Key Qualifications:
12-14 years of backend development and system design experience.
Expertise in GraphQL, Supergraph (Apollo Federation preferred), Java Spring Boot microservices.
Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, service mesh, and observability practices.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to AI/ML platforms and architecture is a plus.
