Develops relationships with attorneys to serve as point of contact for day-today requests and marketing and business development needs and understands the market, office initiatives and representations of key clients
Maintain database and other lists of panel appointments and related government RFP portals
Coordinates responses to marketing surveys, directories, and local and national nominations
Supports attorney on-boarding and integration
Prepares welcome materials for new attorneys. Including working with lateral shareholders to help integrate them, including helping them prioritize which attorneys to meet internally
Coordinates the flow of information from attorneys to marketing professionals
Works with Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager to ensure content on website, biographies and other marketing systems is current and updated as appropriate
Works with individual shareholders and practice group leaders to develop, implement, and support business plans that align with the practice and firm strategic goals
Assists with and manages a variety of short and long-term projects and attorney requests

Education & Prior Experience
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of seven years relevant experience in marketing and business development at a law firm of other professional services firm, with proven experience responding to proposals and RFPs
Fluency in English and Arabic

High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

This role will be based in our Riyadh office, on an in-office basis of five days a week (Sunday - Thursday). This role reports to the Director of Marketing.
Position Summary
