The Targeted Compensation Rate for this Illinois position is:
Rate: $24.04 + Commission
Hourly roles are overtime eligible
This position may be bonus eligible, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.

Job Summary:
The Account Specialist generate sales revenue and meet sales targets through the creation and renewal of sales contracts primarily through outbound and inbound telephone sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive for revenue goal attainment, both through servicing and growing relationships in existing client base and generate new business and clients through cold calls into assigned territories
Identify client needs and develops persuasive proposals to meet needs and opportunities
Ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating all aspects of the customer's account in cooperation with creative, operations, marketing, collection, and finance staff
Develop action plans and schedules to meet specific sales targets
Prepare compelling and competitive proposals and presentations
Negotiate fees or services with clients, with management approval

Job Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience required.
Work Experience
Minimum two (2) years of sales experience or other relevant work experience preferred.
Demonstrated track record of business-to-business and progressive sales experience strongly preferred.
Media sales experience preferred.
