About the role
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver technology projects in alignment with business objectives. Prepare project status materials and present updates to project stakeholders and PMO leadership. Provide collaborative, positive leadership while working effectively within a matrixed environment. Coordinate and support the efforts of IT, business, and vendor personnel assigned to project activities. Prepare and facilitate project meetings, including status reviews, planning sessions, testing coordination, and cutover readiness. Support Change Management, Release Management, and testing activities as part of the delivery lifecycle. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related discipline preferred. 4-6 Years of professional experience working within an IT project delivery or PMO environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid. Exposure to enterprise systems (e.g., ERP or SAP) is beneficial. Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile) is strongly preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
