Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar operational environment
Must be an Australian Citizen and eligible for (and maintain) an Australian AGSVA Clearance
Safety Orientation: Committed to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to WHS standards
Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to the success of warehouse operations
Time Management: Efficiently managing workload and meeting deadlines in a time-sensitive environment
Attention to Detail: Consistently ensuring accuracy in all aspects of stock management, order fulfillment, and reporting
The role involves manual handling, lifting, and carrying of materials, so physical fitness is necessary to meet the demands of the job

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Storeperson with HR Lic (highly desirable) to join our Defence logistics and warehousing team. This role is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, inventory control, freight handling, and the safe movement of Defence-related equipment and materials.
Based at RAAF Williamtown in NSW , the successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment where accuracy, accountability, reliability and teamwork are essential.
Duties will include use of WMS, MHE, inventory management, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and distribution of Defence equipment, supplies, and materials. Working under the supervision of the Team Leader, the Store Person Grade 2 ensures that all tasks are performed in compliance with Toll Government & Defence contractual requirements, Defence regulations, safety protocols, and operational standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
