The combination of theoretical engineering training at the Gera-Eisenach Cooperative State University (Eisenach campus) and practical engineering training in our company provides extensive qualifications that open up a wide range of career prospects. Course and contents of the study program Apprenticeship contract with Adtran Start of studies on October 1st 2025 Total duration of studies 3 years; 50% of each semester is spent working in the company Main subjects of studies involve: Mathematics, statics, machine elements, design systematics, computer-aided design, calculation and simulation methods (CAE techniques, FEM) Graduation with bachelor's thesis Knowledge, skills and experience required A level or similar Interest in scientific and technical issues Analytical thinking skills Solution-oriented and independent working style Good communication and presentation skills Commitment and ability to work under pressure Ability to work in a team Good English skills
